ORIGINAL MID CENTURY CABINET BY AUSTIN SUITE
This is a beautiful sideboard by Austin Suite London.
The cabinet has a lovely colour and grain to the wood.
To the left are three drawers with the top one felt lined and the manufactures stamp in the bottom drawer.
To the right is a good size storage cupboard with a removable shelf.
We love the design of this piece, it is one we have not seen before.
It features some attractive details including the angled end panels and the front with a gold detail to the doors and the original handles.
The top has been re-finished in satin black.
The legs give the piece a light uncluttered feel, with high tapering legs and a stringer spanning them creating legs that are elegant but strong.
This sideboard is in good condition, it stands solid with no structural problems and no woodworm.
All of the drawers and doors work well.
I take great care with all of my furniture and do not let it leave the workshop until I am happy with it.
