This is a beautiful Danish rosewood display cabinet, well made with a stunning grain and rich warm tone.
The cabinet features solid rosewood framed glass doors, each fitted with its original lock, and the original key works perfectly.
Inside are fixed-position glass shelves, ideal for displaying books, ceramics, glassware or collectibles.
We particularly love the clean Danish design, with its concealed hinges and neatly mitred door frames.
The deep shelves provide plenty of display space, while the strong steel hairpin legs raise the cabinet from the floor, giving it a light, modern appearance.
A Danish maker's stamp is present on the back.
In good vintage condition. The cabinet is solid and sturdy, and both doors open and close smoothly.
There is a small chip to one of the glass shelves.
Although the cabinet has holes for adjustable shelving, the glass shelves are fixed in position.
There are also two small holes in the back panel where the wiring for previous internal lighting has been removed. Neither issue detracts from the overall appearance or use of the piece.
